In order for you to travel with Licking Creek Tours, you do NOT need travel insurance. It is your choice to make that decision; however, if you choose not to get travel insurance, we ask that you fill out and sign the waiver below.
Payment Details
The payment schedule below is if you choose to pay monthly and starting on September 1, 2026. Obviously, if you start monthly payments later than September 1, 2026, then your monthly payments will be higher. We ask that all monthly payments be submitted by the first of the month.
